Young Socceroos advance to final 8

The Young Socceroos have edged closer to qualification for next year’s U20 World Cup in Poland with a 1-1 with Jordan.

The draw with Jordan sees Australia in second place in the Group stage of the 2018 AFC U19 Championship behind South Korea.

The team now advance to the Quarter Final stage against either Saudi Arabia or Tajikistan.

Oliver Puflett scored for the Young Socceroos in the 10th minute following a cross from Ben Folami.
