Is Harry Kewell moving to Newcastle this month

We will soon know if the rumours on Harry Kewell being the replacement coach for the Newcastle Jets are on the money.

It is known that the Jets want to have a new coach in place by Australia Day.

If the strong rumours are correct the Newcastle Jets will have Kewell and his assistant Michael Bridges in place within the next 3 weeks.

As a coach Kewell has something to prove after being harshly dismissed by Notts County after just a few games.

For their sins County then marched on to be relegated down to the National Conference from League 2.

Former England manager Sven Goran-Eriksson has reportedly also applied for the position as coach of the Jets.
