The A-League will now bring a game to Whitten Oval in the Melbourne suburb on West Footscray this month with Western United announcing their plans to play at the ground on Australia Day.
The club has played games at Kardinia Park In Geelong and Ballarat’s Mars Stadium and will now play against Adelaide United at Whitton Oval on 26 January as part of Round 16.
The fixture was originally scheduled to be played st Kardinia Park.
