Melbourne Victory sack their coach

Melbourne Victory have sacked their coach Marco Kurz as their team continues to under-perfom against the high standards expected by their fans (and owners).

The win-loss record of previous coaches provides some insight into the decision by the Victory Board to remove Kutz.

Kurz 28.571% (14 games)
Duraovic 21.053% (19 games)
Magilton 16.667% (12 games)

Seems a minimum 40% win-loss ratio is the minimum benchmark at the club.

Indications are that Kurz's assistant coach Filip Tapalovic will also depart, with Spaniard Carlo Salvachua moving into a caretaker coaching role at the club until the end of the 2019-2020 A-League season.
