Sydney FC now have a 13 point lead on Melbourne City at the top of the A-League table.
In games played on the weekend Melbourne Victory have ended their long week of international and cross-county flying with a 2-2 result against the Perth Glory at NIB Stadium and the Western Sydney Wanderers have defeated the Central Coast Mariners 3-1.
