Oxford United dismal season start continues

Oxford United's dismal start to the League 2 season is continuing and the team are now a clear last place on the league ladder.

The team are on 6 points after 12 games, have only won 1 games all season and are now 4 points behind the 3rd last team Bradford City. Portsmouth lead League 2 on 27 points after 8 wins and 3 draws.

Oxford United also lost 2-1 to Northhampton in the Football League Trophy to continue their poor performance run.

Oxford United had a draw yesterday away to Bristol Rovers who sat just one point above them.

As a result Oxford United are still in 22nd place on the Table with 10 points from 14 games.

In other games Portsmouth had a 1-0 win at home against Fleetwood with 18,046 in attendance (76 away fans) while Bradford City lost at home to Rochdale to remain in the relegation zone.
